Atlanta comedian and mom, Jennifer Thomas, has had enough of snow days  at home with her children.

So, she turned to Facebook Live to rant.

In her post, which has gone viral, Thomas practically begs the Fulton County Schools, which were closed Friday as well, to take her children. Please!

“I’m just thinking that I need to apologize to my son’s teachers, “ Thomas said on the video as she took a parental break in her car. “I didn’t realize how difficult my son is.”

Thomas, who goes by the stage name Ms. Gin, said her  7-year-old son, was particularly active and hungry.

All. Of. The. Time.

Her other children, who are 14 and 19, were much more self-sufficient and could entertain themselves. Not her youngest, though. “This dude was, like, a whole nother human being.”

“I’m not used to a week-day kid,” she jokes. “I’m more, like,  a weekend mom. I didn’t realize I couldn’t handle my own kids until they been home four days.”

She said the first day off, which was the Martin Luther King Jr. national holiday, was fine.

As school closures added up, though, so did the, uh, fun.

“I must have heard ‘mommy’ a million,” times, she said in an interview. “By day four, I was ‘mommy’d out’.”

It apparently hit home.

One woman commented that Thomas’post was “real talk! You spoke to a lot of parents and teachers out there.”

Thomas wants to make it clear she loves her children. Still, she said, her snow-day experience has given her a new appreciation for what teachers have to deal with during the school year.

“Honestly, Friday I’m sending her a gift.”
