New York Fashion Week is held twice a year in February and September, showcasing emerging collections and new looks from designers for the upcoming fall and spring seasons.
It also gives an indicator of new trends.
The trend that could follow are furry nails.
Cosmopolitain reported that Arnold's team painted CND's own Vinylux Weekly Polish in shades of pink on model's nails.
Then, they used a top coat to stick brown or white fur on top.
This isn't the only unique nail art CND created.
The Libertine show models also wore hand-crafted eye jewelry on the tips of their nails as well.
Cookies, flowers, and lips designed by CND also decorated nails at The Blonds show Thursday.
Cookies, fur and feathers are impractical for day-to-day wear, but on a night out, these trends would certainly stick out.
