An American musician almost lost a very expensive instrument.
The person who left it was 39-year-old professional violinist Jennifer Koh, according to NBC News.
Koh was traveling in Germany when she left a General Dupont Grumiaux edition of a Stradivarius violin on a train.
She contacted police as soon as she realized her mistake.
The violin dates back to 1727.
The instrument was found by the police and returned to Koh.
After examining the expensive relic and determining that it was not damaged, police said in a statement that Koh was "more than relieved."
