As Bobbi Kristina Brown's family members are gathering at the metro Atlanta area hospice facility where she has been taken, her one-time companion Nick Gordon has been spotted relaxing in Florida.

Nick had been posting photos of him and Bobbi Kristina on his Twitter account but the account is now deleted.

His Facebook page - on which he describes himself as "married" - is still going. The Daily Mail ran these photos of him in a Florida hot tub this week while Bobbi Kristina's family arrived at her hospice facility.

On Wednesday, the day Bobbi Kristina's family announced the decision to move her to hospice where she is "in God's hands," her court-appointed conservator filed suit against Nick, alleging physical violence and financial impropriety.

Nick Gordon had been posting loving pictures of him and Bobbi Kristina but his Twitter account has now been deleted. His last message said he was praying and not giving up hope.

The lawsuit portrays Nick Gordon as a deceitful opportunist who became violent.

Excerpts from the lawsuit filed on Bobbi Kristina’s behalf this week:

"(Gordon) has held himself out as having several different relationships with Brown at various times. Prior to 2012, (Gordon) held himself out to be Brown's surrogate 'brother.' Then, after 2012, when Brown inherited a substantial sum, (Gordon) assumed the position of Brown's boyfriend. On or around Jan. 9, 2014 (Gordon) perpetuated the fraud that he had married Brown, though in fact he never did so.

"The misrepresentation that (Gordon)was Brown's 'husband' was used to control Brown and limit with whom she could interact. For example,(Gordon) often answered Brown's personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money. This was all part of a scheme to benefit from her wealth.

"In fact, (Gordon) acted on this scheme by routinely transferring a large portion of Brown's funds into an account controlled solely by him, without the consent or authorization of Brown.

"(Gordon) then began questioning Brown's access to trust assets and threatening one of the trustees with guns and other violent weapons. On April 14, 2014, this Court issued a restraining and/or protective order against (Gordon)."

"(Gordon) also began to commit domestic violence on Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.

"Just prior to Jan. 31, Brown had confided to someone that (Gordon) was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on Jan. 31 to meet with this person to further discuss this revelation. Brown, however, never made it to the meeting. Instead, on the morning of Jan. 31, Brown became embroiled in a loud argument with (Gordon) at her townhome. The loud argument ended and Brown was later found unresponsive and unconscious, face down in a bathtub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out."

"As a direct and proximate result of (Gordon's) conduct, Brown has suffered life threatening bodily harm and damages."

"Brown has suffered substantial physical bodily harm, including loss of teeth, pain and suffering, and trauma that has required medical treatment as a direct consequence of (Gordon)'s physical abuse."

The lawsuit seeks “at least $10 million.” Gordon’s attorney declined to comment.

Last month, following a stint in rehab, Nick implored Bobbi Kristina’s family to let him visit, sending this message through his attorneys:

"Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families' wishes for over 3 months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts," read the statement, issued by Nick's attorneys. "He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her."

Dr. Phil said Nick Gordon was "high as a kite" during the interview, which was conducted earlier this year in Atlanta.

The family apparently wasn't impressed; Bobbi Kristina's aunt blasted Nick's visit with Dr. Phil.

Bobbi Kristina, 22, often referred to Nick as her "husband" and filled her Twitter account with romantic photos of the two of them. But they were never legally married.
