Lee Thompson, known as "Uncle Poodle," has stayed out of the fray but hints that he and his partner may have future irons in the fire.

More than 2,000 people "liked" the post, and Thompson followed up with, "But me and Alan will always post on here and keep in touch. Hell maybe y'all will see us on TV."

"Honey Boo Boo" was itself a spin-off, of "Toddlers and Tiaras."

Thompson's brother is Mike Thompson, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson's father. He was known as "Sugar Bear" on the show and he and June announced they were splitting up earlier this year.

"He is doing great," the younger Thompson said in response to a fan's query about how his brother is doing.

The official TLC "Honey Boo Boo" Facebook page is still online although it hasn't be updated in some time. On the page maintained by the family, June posted a video denying recent reports.

"The statement of me dating a sex offender is totally untrue," she said. "I would not ever, ever, ever put my kids in danger. I love my kids too much. That is my past. I have not seen that person in 10 years and don't want to see that person."

(Actually, TMZ posted recent photos showing them together.)

"Me and Sugar Bear really have broke up," June said in her video. "We're better off friends than we were as a couple. Things happen for a reason in life. You live and learn."

Following that post, Uncle Poodle wrote, "Some people are just (bleeping) stuck on stupid I mean damn." But he didn't clarify whether he was commenting on June's denials or something else.
