Honey Boo Boo matriarch "Mama June" Shannon is planning gastric sleeve surgery to continue her slim-down crusade. The reality show personality has dropped a good bit of weight but wants to pare down even more, TMZ notes along with a clever photo mashup.

Mama June recently experienced a fainting spell, possibly caused by aggressive dieting, and landed in the hospital, my colleague Rodney Ho reported. Last week she thanked fans for their support: "Just wanted 2 let everyone know I appreciate y'all 4 all the well wishes," she posted via social media. "I'm out of the hospital home resting and getting back in routine."
She hasn't posted details of the supposed surgery coming up but does seem to have a very close relationship with TMZ:
