The family of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown had planned to stage an intervention before the time of the Jan. 31 medical emergency that sent her to the hospital then hospice, where she remained  until her death on July 26 at age 22.

Meanwhile a woman who once worked at the Duluth hospice where Bobbi Kristina spent her last days has been arrested in North Carolina after authorities discovered she lacked the proper credentials to work as a nurse.

Pat Houston, Bobbi Kristina's aunt, told Entertainment Tonight that family members had planned to take action after noticing a pattern of troubling signs.

"When we really found out that Krissy was in trouble, we were really making plans to do something about it, but it just came too late," she said.

Bobbi Kristina was sued by a motorist seriously injured in a wreck several days before Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub. In a deposition connected to that case, a friend testified that she "smoked marijuana, she probably smoked crack often, and also did heroin."

Meanwhile North Carolina authorities arrested Taiwo Bolatito Sobamowo, who worked at Peachtree Christian Hospice at the time Bobbi Kristina was a patient there. Wake County Sheriff's Office deputies performed the arrest, acting on a warrant issued by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, authorities said.

"The warrant was for practicing as a registered professional nurse without a license," the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said. "Additional warrants were issued for Sobamowo which included felony Financial Identity Fraud and felony Forgery. The investigation identified that Sobamowo was working as a registered nurse with a Georgia healthcare facility. Sobamowo had provided fraudulent credentials under a different name to gain employment. The investigation showed that Sobamowo is not licensed in the State of Georgia, or elsewhere in the United States. Sobamowo is currently being held at the Wake County Sheriff’s Office detention center until she can be extradited to Forsyth County."
