August marks the 20th anniversary of Canoe , a sophisticated, yet rustic restaurant on the bank of the Chattahoochee River. The restaurant will honor the past and celebrate some of the dishes that made a mark on patrons' palates with an exclusive rotating dish revival menu created by Chef Matthew Basford. Each week, a different appetizer and entree will come out of retirement; guests can look forward to favorites such as Seared George's Bank Scallops and Grilled Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast. Week One: August 3-9

Appetizer: Pistachio Seared Goat Cheese, Spinach, Frisee, Olive Oil and Rosemary Dressing

Entree: Grilled Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast, Foie Gras and Romaine Crepe, Blackberry Compote

Week Two: August 10-16

Appetizer: Tuna Tuna Tuna, Seared, Diced and Carpaccio

Entree: Cornmeal Crusted Grouper, Lobster and Sweet Corn Succotash

Week Three: August 17-23

Appetizer: PEI Mussels, Spicy Coconut Lemongrass Broth

Entree: Seared George’s Bank Scallops, Almond and Tomato Gazpacho, Minted Zucchini Cream

Week Four: August 24-30

Appetizer: Georgia White Shrimp, New Orleans Style BBQ Sauce, Logan Turnpike Grits

Entree: North Carolina Pheasant, Braised Leg Croquette, Brown Butter Sweet Potato, Huckleberry Jus
