You will get 3,000 Balance Rewards points worth $3.75, so your net cost will be 8 cents each. Colgate 360 toothbrushes are also included in the promotion at the $3.33 sale price and if you use three of the 50-cent coupons in the same circular, you will pay $2.83 per toothbrush at the register and your net cost will be $1.58 each.

Use the $3-off-three coupon from the July 5 Procter & Gamble circular to pay $2 each at the register. You will get a $4 Register Rewards coupon, so your net cost will be 67 cents each. Scope mouthwash (16.9 ounce) is also included in the promotion at $3 each. Buy three and use three of the $1-off-Scope coupons from the same circular to pay a net cost of 67 cents.

Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic: Rite Aid has Banana Boat and Hawaiian Tropic sun care products on sale for $8.99 each. Use the $1 coupons for either brand from the June 28 SmartSource to pay $7.99. You will earn 300 Plenti points worth $3, so your net cost will be $4.99 per bottle.
Stock up on school supplies
School supply sales are already starting, so this is the time of year to stock up on school and office supplies for the entire year for pennies per item. Staples has one-subject spiral notebooks on sale for 25 cents each, Crayola crayons (24 count) for 50 cents, Staples pencils (12 count) for 68 cents and 3-by-5-inch index cards for 48 cents. When you buy a backpack, you will get 25 percent off school supplies. Dollar General has composition books or filler paper for 50 cents, five-count index dividers for 33 cents and two-pocket folders with prongs for 17 cents.
Target promotion
Bounty: Target has a promotion that gives you a free $5 Target Gift Card when you buy any two participating Bounty items. Pay $9.99 each for Bounty eight-pack Giant or DuraTowel or Basic 12-pack big-roll paper towels. Use two of the 25-cent coupons from the July 5 P&G circular to pay $9.49 each at the register. Your net cost will be $6.99 each after the gift card savings.
Kellogg's: Target has a "buy three, get one free" promotion on Kellogg's Special K granola bars, cereals and pastry crisps, on sale for $2.50 each. Buy four of the bars or crisps and use two of the $1-off-two coupons from the June 7 RedPlum to pay $1.38 per item. There are also 70-cent Special K cereal coupons for selected varieties in the July 5 RedPlum. If those varieties are included in the promotion, you can use four coupons to pay $1.18 per box of cereal.
