Hey, I’m back. Last week’s video was a challenging one, so this week I wanted to show you a simple workout. That does not mean it’s not a challenging.

All you need is a simple jump rope, but if you don’t have a jump rope, you can still do it.  Just pretend you have a jump rope — you know I’m not hearing excuses. This is a no excuses zone!!

Grab your rope and get started, we will be finished in 15 minutes!

By the way you can take this workout on the road, to the park or right in your living room!
