There’s nothing like getting a great workout right at home. A simple tool such as a resistance band will get the job done. You can purchase a band at your local Target, Walmart or sporting goods store. If you are just starting out, it’s very important you start slow. When buying a band, go for light to medium resistance. If you are more advanced, go for a medium- to heavy-weight resistance band. This video will target the shoulders, hamstrings, quads and behind, and work in some cardio. If you are getting back into the flow of working out, consult a doctor and go at your own pace. I have modified the exercise for you. Follow along with me, and do each movement for 30 seconds, rest for two to three minutes, repeat five times. Don’t forget to fuel up with good choices through out the day! Let’s get moving!
