New video games this week:

"Resogun." One of last year's best launch games for the PlayStation 4 now comes to the PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation Vita. It's a fast-paced arcade-style shooter that may remind you of old-school games like "Defender," but with a lot of visual fireworks. Bonus: if you already bought the PS4 version, you get the other versions for free and the game can save progress between the PS3 and Vita versions. Rated E-10+ for Everyone 10 and Older. $15, downloadable  for PS Vita and PS3.

Also out this week: "Space Pirate Sara" (PC), "Ef – A Fairy Tale of the Two" (PlayStation 2, Windows PC), "Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- Limited Edition" (PS3, PS4)

Note: Video game releases tend to dry up around this time of year until mid-January, so there likely won't be any more video game lists in the blog until then.
