Plan on a wet and cloudy Sunday at Music Midtown.

“Light to moderate rain showers continue across parts of metro Atlanta,” Channel 2 meteorologist Katie Walls said. “Plan on the on and off showers to persist all day.”

Showers are expected to be scattered throughout the metro area, but should not turn severe.

Metro Atlanta faces a 40 percent chance of rain, which should tapper off by Monday.

Drivers should expect a 10 percent chance of rain during their Monday morning commute, but clear skies the rest of the week.

Sunday’s temperatures were 76 in Atlanta, 69 in Blairsville and 77 in Griffin just before 4:15 p.m.
