Jim Harbaugh has not made any friends in the Southeastern Conference.
Much to chagrin of SEC coaches - and beyond - the Michigan football head coach has journeyed south to hostile territory the last two years to host football camps for aspiring recruits.
Next month he invades Pearl, Miss., just east of Jackson.
The infiltration into Mississippi is closer to LSU than the campuses of Mississippi and Mississippi State in the far off northern portion of the state. Nontheless, people are riled and irate at Pearl High football coach John Perry for inviting Trump, er Harbaugh.

Perry, whose father is an Ole Missseason ticket holder, is well aware of Harbaugh's notoriety in SEC country, and the angst he's caused among the conference's coaches, who aren't thrilled with the advent of satellite camps held throughout the SEC's fertile recruiting grounds Perry also knows that Harbaugh has taken on a larger-than-life persona and isn't afraid tomakes waves in the national media.
"I think Jim Harbaugh is the Donald Trump of football," said Perry, who added that Mississippians began voicing their displeasure five minutes after he tweeted the news. "People just can't stop talking about him."
As long as the polarizing Wolverines coach continues to push his way into SEC territory, that won't change any time soon.
How did Perry Land Harbaugh for the event, dubbed the Next Level Football Camp? Turns out, it was a matter of travel convenience.
"Michigan wanted to hold (a camp) in Mississippi this year, and I think Brandon was the original site. Brandon couldn't host it because of some football facility things and sorts, so they called me," Perry explained. "Really, where it's at is about being close to an airport and facilities. At the end of the day, they wanted to do one in Mississippi."
