Georgia Tech’s flurry of recruiting commitments propelled the Yellow Jackets into the top 10 of the 247Sports Composite rankings, one spot ahead of Georgia.

The Yellow Jackets received six commitments from April 20-29 for the Class of 2020, bringing the Jackets’ total to 12 commitments.

Georgia has received seven commitments to date. The Bulldogs have a commitment from one player rated as a 5-star recruit and six commitments from 4-star recruits. Tech has no commitments from 5-star players and one from a 4-star player.

Obviously there’s lots of time before the December signing date, but for now, the Tech outranks UGA in recruiting for the first time in several years.
