According to the Brevard County Times, Stephen Wayne Naughale II was on his paper route delivering FLORIDA TODAY when he fired a shot at a resident who asked him to stop honking his horn. Naughale's honking habit had recently prompted local residents to take to social media to voice their grievances over the morning noise.
