The Duluth Police Department posted a patrol officer’s body cam video recorded as he chased a suspect.

The suspect was identified after an assault, according to the post, and the video shows that “bike patrol is a very effective enforcement tool for police."
In the comments beneath the post, police answered questions and said all patrol officers are equipped with body cams.
