Photographer captures epic battle between Bald Eagle, seagulls

The US Department of Interior tweeted an image that shows an airborne battle between our national bird and a pair of seagulls.

The battle took place at Prince William Sound in Alaska by photographer David Canales.

Asked in the Twitter comments who won the battle, the Interior Department replies:

The eagle. The seagull above the eagle gives up and the other one isn't able to free itself.
