Beer, football, and (of course) food are just a few of the things you can expect at this year’s Taste of Chamblee.

Now in its 11th year, Taste of Chamblee will feature delectable goods from nearby eateries such as the “fast casual” concept of BlueTop, local favorite Vintage Pizzeria, and tasty treats from Lenox Cupcakes from 4 to 8 p.m., Oct. 6 in downtown Chamblee at the corner of Peachtree and Broad.

The event will also host two beer gardens, which will include giant LED screens showing college football.

Admission is free, but for $16.99 patrons can purchase an electronic wristband which comes pre-loaded with 15 “taste points,” used as digital currency for bites at the local eateries. Additional points may be added at “Top-Up” stations.
