Norcross officials held a public input meeting Sept. 12 to discuss the Lillian Webb Park residential development project. More than 100 attended the meeting to learn about the city’s market research, business model and conceptual design for the proposed development.

The majority of the project will face and expand around Buford Highway. Concepts reviewed include a variety of residential housing options for a live/work environment, a parking garage for public and private use, commercial and retail space.

The final design will be subject to approval by the Downtown Development Authority, City Council, and the Architectural Review Board.
