The Gwinnett Village Community Improvement District board of directors, on April 16, re-elected CID Chair, Shiv Aggarwall and CID Vice-Chair Michael Deming.
Aggarwal is president of AMS, a corporate real estate group that owns a significant amount of property in the Gwinnett Village area. The most notable is the Global Mall, the first indoor South Asian Mall in the United States.
Deming is a partner and president of Deming, Parker, Hoffman, Campbell and Daly LLC. The firm, founded in 1974, has its main office on Jimmy Carter Boulevard and currently employs 44 attorneys.
During the CID meeting elections for board positions were also held. Shiv Aggarwal, Michael Deming, Chris Braun and Emory Morsberger were re-elected to their posts of chairman, vice-chairman, treasurer and secretary respectively.
