Gwinnett Commissioners approved a contract Dec. 1 to provide data collection of new residential construction, data confirmation, mass appraisal and residential appeal assistance. The one-year contract with LMC Inc. for $550,000 is renewable automatically on an annual basis for a total lifetime maximum of five years for $4,041,820.
