Knowing the law and following/believing in it are two totally different things. Knowing the laws just helps you loophole and abuse them.
Whomever is advising Hillary's campaign is incompetent. They should be telling her to move to the center, not further to the left. Her viewpoint should be such: "If the Democrat Party is willing to nominate Bernie Sanders, then that proves that we cannot be trusted with leadership."
