After pleading in Federal Court 4/9/15, and hearing remarks from the judge, this guy goes out and calls a news conference the next day at a Walton county bridge, and calls out the federal government's prosecution of him as retaliation for his activist work. He will be sentenced in a couple of months. Wow! "Not Very Smart."
I'm an honest citizen but I wonder, If I were convicted of 11 felonies including racketeering, would I just get "weekend" jail for 6 months?
