I agree that race relations have gotten better in my lifetime. I grew up in a household that valued all races as being equal and created in God's image. I don't know about you but I didn't get to choose what ethnicity I was born into. No matter how far I feel or you feel we have come, there will ALWAYS be factions among all ethnic groups who want to stir the pot. Next time you're at the park LOOK at the little children playing together. They are "color-blind". We come into this world knowing how to love. HATE has to be TAUGHT!
Was on Highway 54 this morning going toward Interstate 285, very foggy out and couldn't believe the number of drivers not using their headlights. So stupid.

We need a better way to provide mental health care services and get disturbed people into care. How many times do we need to hear how they tried to get help for a mentally unstable family member prior to committing a horrific crime before we do something?
