I’ve had a lot of applicants fail to get the job because they weren’t qualified. I’ve had a scant handful fail to show up for the drug test. But I’ve never had anyone fail to get the job because he or she failed the drug test. I think Deal’s barking up the wrong tree.
The difference is, Sterling owned a “franchise” and he broke the rules.
