Those loud, unruly children shopping with their moms now are the same ones you expect teachers to control in groups of 25 and up. If their moms can’t control them, why expect teachers to?

The constitutionality of a law is not a popularity contest. Just because the majority of people voted for it, doesn’t make it constitutional.

The Supreme Court can reverse decisions by voters in individual states if what they voted for is deemed unconstitutional. That’s nothing new.

Class size is very important! When the number begins to climb above 20 it’s not good for the student. When it begins to climb above 25, no one wins!
