Suwanee Police Department’s #LipSyncChallenge video has recently been honored with multiple international awards. The video, which was produced by Suwanee’s marketing staff and starred the Suwanee Police, won a Silver W3 Award in the category of Video Features – Use of Interactive Video. Receiving over 5,000 entries from across the globe, the W3 Awards honor outstanding websites, web marketing, web video, mobile sites/apps and social content.

The #LipSyncChallenge video also won two Silver Davey Awards in the categories of Best Use of Interactive Video and Best Art Direction for Online Film/Video. Named for the hero of David and Goliath, “Creative Davids” derive their strength from big ideas rather than big budgets. With 3,000 entries from around the world, the Davey Awards honor the finest creative work from the best small shops, firms, and companies worldwide.

The City of Suwanee Annual Report was also a winner at the Davey Awards, bringing home three statuettes in the categories of Copywriting for Design/Print, Art Direction/Graphic Design for Design/Print, and Annual Report for Design/Print.
