Finishing punch list repairs are all that remain as contractors complete Sugar Hill’s E Center Monument Sign. The LED display panels are activated, and E Center activities are being promoted. Static panels will be added as new tenants open, and their respective signs are created.

The 20-foot tall sign was placed at the southeast corner of the old JW Trucks entrance and Highway 20 in anticipation of the future road connection to West Broad Street.

The 180,000-square-foot E Center facility is home to the Eagle Theatre, a 406-seat, Art Deco style performing arts theatre, a gymnasium, community rooms and over 51,000 square feet of leasable commercial space and storage, along with room for nine restaurants, retail shops and class-A office space. A public promenade provides gathering space with outdoor seating, all connected to the city hall parking deck via pedestrian bridge. The entire complex sits on top of an underground 100-space parking facility.
