Smyrna to review annexation, rezoning Monday

The Smyrna City Council will consider an annexation and a rezoning at 7:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 2800 King St., Smyrna.

The annexation is for 17.44 acres on Brookside Village Parkway in Mableton that would become effective on Jan. 1 if approved.

A public hearing on the rezoning request involves the development of five single-family houses on 1.27 acres at 1107 and 1121 Bank St. by Pritchard Brothers, Inc.
