Comments are being sought by Smyrna city officials on changes to South Cobb Drive from Concord Road to Windy Hill Road.

A public meeting on draft concept alternatives for the South Cobb Drive Corridor will be 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Aline Wolf Adult Recreation Center, 884 Church St. SE, Smyrna.

Also involved are the Georgia Department of Transportation, Cobb County and Cobb LINC.

The GDOT has approved funds for the construction of a high-intensity activated crosswalk beacon pedestrian signal on South Cobb Drive - south of Plaza Drive - within the next two years.
