The Riverview Landing community in Smyrna on the Chattahoochee River will have 129 townhomes instead of 65 single-family detached houses.
This decision for The Ardent Companies was made by the Smyrna City Council on Oct. 7 for 22.57 acres of the 82-acre mixed-use development for Riverview Landing.
That change increases the total townhomes in the development to 317 units, leaving no single-family detached houses.
This property is on the northern side of Riverview Road and to the east of Nichols Drive.
All other aspects of the master Riverview Landing site plan will remain unchanged.
That means there also will be commercial space of 17,680 square feet and 580 multi-family units.
