Sandy Springs Fire Rescue will be giving away weather radios to city businesses, churches, offices and other establishments where at least 50 or more people gather at one time.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration radios were paid for from a grant from the Georgia Emergency Management Agency. More than 60 radios have already been given away.

To receive a radio, please fill out a form at www.sandyspringsga.org/weatherradio and sign up for a free 45-minute severe weather awareness presentation.
