Ten residents have qualified as candidates for mayor and three City Council seats in Johns Creek in the Nov. 7 election.

The successful qualifiers are incumbent Mayor Mike Bodker, facing a challenge from Alex Marchetti. Issure Chen Yang will be taking on Post 1 incumbent Leonard “Lenny” Zaprowski. Chris Jackson is seeking to replace incumbent Stephanie Endres in Post 5.

Vicki Horton, Richard “Trey” Holladay, John Bradberry and Mark Venco have qualified as Post 3 candidates. (The incumbent, Council Member Cori Davenport, is not seeking reelection.)

The deadline for Johns Creek residents to register to vote is Oct. 10. Early voting will take place from Oct. 16 through Nov. 3. Early voting locations will be posted at this Fulton County Registration & Elections website: http://bit.ly/1PbnhrX
