Dunwoody police said they have charged the people responsible for a series of car break-ins.

Emmuel Smith, 30, James Bailey, 32, and Charles Willingham, 53, are among the nearly one-dozen people accused of breaking into cars across the city since the beginning of June.

The ten people face a combined 26 charges in connection with the break-ins. Among the ten people charged are four juveniles.

Ricardo Watts, 29, was charged with 10 felony counts of entering automobile. Watts is accused of breaking into cars parked at swim and tennis clubs across Dunwoody throughout the summer months. He was arrested June 27.

Police are looking for Michelle Crawford, 25, and Iris Watts, 30, who they believe are connected to Watts. Both women have active warrants against them in connection with the break-ins.
