A state Parent Satisfaction Survey is now available online, asking parents their opinions of their child’s school and how it involves them in their child’s education, according to the Cherokee County School Disstrict.

Data from responses will be included in the state’s annual performance report and profile for the Cherokee County schools, officials said.

The survey is offered in English and Spanish and is open through May 31 at: https://bit.ly/2kpyJbE. Those who encounter problems can email dticket@doe.k12.ga.us or call 800-869-1011. Those who wish to complete the survey on paper must return it to the Georgia Center for Assessment by May 31.

Parents also should have received an emailed invitation to participate. This is not the same document as the state’s school climate survey, which all parents are asked to complete, officials said.
