According to 2019 survey results conducted by the Georgia Farmers Market Association, the Norcross Community Market is well liked citing vendor variety, quality, market vibe, friendliness, and community building activities as the market’s best qualities.

To keep the market available in 2020, Connie Weathers, Chair of Sustainable Norcross Inc., and Bea Grossman, Chair of Sustainable Norcross Commission, recently asked the city for financial support critical for its continuation.

City leaders agreed and voted at the most recvent city council meeting to increase funding for the Norcross Community Market to $30,000 to be funded by prior year funds. A portion of the market’s $53,144 annual budget will be used to hire a Market Manager.
