If you’re a new parent, there’s a chance you might be a little unsure about how to properly install a car seat for your child.
Some car seats have several belts and harnesses. If something doesn’t click where it should, the seat could be unsecured, which could be dangerous.
Luckily, the Milton Police Department is going to inspect child car seats for free this weekend.
Inspections are from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Target on 13055 Highway 9. No appointment is necessary.
For more information, call Officer Chad West at 678-242-2527, or send an email to pdinfo@cityofmiltonga.us.
