The city of College Park will swear-in the winner of the runoff election for the Ward Four seat, 7:30 p.m Tuesday at College Park City Hall Council Chambers, 3667 Main St. during the next city council meeting. Roderick Gay has been elected the new councilman after receiving 200 votes. His opponent, former College Park Police Chief Ronald Fears received 188 votes. The election results were certified by the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections. A brief reception will precede the ceremony at 7 p.m.
