Applications are being accepted for the Emergency Heating-Ventilation Air-Conditioning Project by the Marietta Community Development Division for elderly and/or disabled Marietta homeowners.

Those selected can receive a new heating and ventilation system or replacement of a defective system.

Eligible homeowners must be age 62 and older and/or disabled who have resided in the home as the main residence for at least three years and have limited resources to buy or repair an adequate heating and air-conditioning system.

Grant funds will be available annually to qualified homeowners on a first-come, first-served basis.
