The Lawrenceville Downtown Development Authority serves the city to promote, support, revitalize and develop the Historic Downtown area. As a part of that mission, the DDA is seeking business plan proposals for occupancy and lease of Lawrenceville’s Historic Train Depot.

The Depot is approximately 2,200 square feet of space with restored historic flooring, accessible entry, patio and break room areas. The DDA will be looking for proposals that respect and preserve the historic integrity and will not allow any renovation work that would alter this aspect of the facility.

Proposals will be accepted through Jan. 24.
