As part of of National HIV Testing Day, the Fulton County Health and Wellness Department will offer free testing and counseling Wednesday at The Mall West End, 850 Oak St., S.W., Atlanta. More than 320 people took the free tests last year.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has awarded Fulton County a $4.5 million grant for HIV prevention in Fulton and DeKalb counties. Funding will increase in phases during the next five years. Information: 404-613-1458.
