Score: 42

A restaurant next to the Mall of Georgia failed a routine health inspection this week after an official discovered mayonnaise incorrectly stored in a container labeled "blood pudding."

The official also noted that hands were not sufficiently cleaned, the ice machine had mold like build-up and pans were stored on the floor at Viet Taste in Buford.

The location received a score of 42 out of a total possible score of 100, according to the report.

In an email statement to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Viet Taste said they are confident they will pass their next inspection.

"We want to ensure our customers that food safety, and their health is our priority and we strive to always maintain a clean environment in and out of the kitchen," they said. "We are a small family owned restaurant and trying to do our best to serve safe and quality food to our customers."

The location previously scored a perfect 100 on a health inspection in August.
