The Gwinnett County Planning Commission on Wednesday voted unanimously to approve changes to the QuikTrip at Satellite Boulevard and Boggs Road in Duluth. QT plans to redevelop the existing convenience station with a new 5,773-square foot QuikTrip store based on the company’s new prototype. The site plan depicts a single building with redeveloped 20 fuel pumps, driveways and parking lot with a maximum of 63 spaces.
Changes that will be recommended for approval to the Gwinnett board of commissioners include upgrades to exterior architectural treatments, landscaping, lighting and signage.
