The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce will provide small business owners a chance to learn “Small Business Essentials – The Experts Speak” at a free meeting 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 23, in the Duluth City Hall Community Room, 3167 Main Street in Duluth.

Topics will include business and marketing plans, doing business with the city of Duluth, free educational workshops for small businesses, financial and lending assistance, licensing and taxes, minority certification and disadvantaged business assistance, networking and growth, opportunity zone tax incentives, as well as training and mentorship programs.

Registration opens at 9 a.m., one-on-one opportunities begin at 11 a.m. Free to Chamber members and non-members. Information: www.gwinnettchamber.org.
