Currently in the planning phase, Auburn’s town center development will include a new city hall anchored mixed-use development designed to attract new homes, a town green, and commercial businesses. The city’s vision is to create a walkable environment that will connect to historic downtown.
Other upcoming projects include the “Townes of Auburn,” a gated townhome community with 398 units. The project, developed by Rocklyn Homes, will also include three commercial outparcels fronting Atlanta Highway. The residential community portion will feature a clubhouse, swimming pool, and recreational facilities.
