Grayson is seeking public input to assist in the development of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan through a community open house 5 to 6:45 pm. Aug. 20 at the Grayson Senior Center, 475 Grayson Parkway. The event will feature interactive exercises to encourage people to imagine the city in 2040 and share their vision for the future.

The 2040 Comprehensive Plan provides a working blueprint to help shape potential city policies, transportation and development decisions. To better create a plan that reflects the community’s desires, the city will collect public feedback to produce a broad, long-term vision to guide growth and development over the next 22 years as well as a short-term list of projects and programs.
