Lt. Gov. Cagle to speak to Gwinnett chamber Dec. 14

Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle will speak to the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce at noon Dec. 14 at Gwinnett Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth.
