Georgia Health Sciences University gets provost

Gretchen B. Caughman, who has served as the interim provost for Georgia Health Sciences University since September, will hold the position permanently. University President Ricardo Azziz announced the appointment earlier  this month.

Caughman has been with the university since July 1985. She has worked as a professor, assistant dean and dean in various colleges within the university.
