Forest Park’s special revenue fund, if approved, would provide $50,000 for the city’s drug task force.

The Forest Park City Council will consider creating a budget for special funds and projects during the regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Forest Park City Hall, 745 Forest Parkway. The budget for special revenue funds are intended for projects that are not included in the general operating budget for the city.

The council will also consider a resolution declaring certain city property as surplus. If approved, the resolution would allow the city to provide proper disposal of the property, including computer equipment, a fax machine and paper shredder, which are largely items not serviceable or in condition for resale.
